Food

London is a multi-cultural metropolis, so it’s a place where you can have a taste of all kinds of cuisines! The English cuisine may seem a bit flat and mediocre in both quality and quantity, but the city’s international food scene includes Thai, Chinese, Italian, Pakistani, Mediterranean, French and other restaurants; but this diversity doesn’t affect the prices that are pretty high everywhere! The city is friendly to any kind of dietary options, so you can find meat (Steak Houses), vegetables (Vegetarian restaurants), fish/sushi (Sushi bars) or a combination of all! What you should definitely try are their hand-made (only) burgers and medium grilled steaks with various condiments!

It’s a TGI Friday’s-style restaurant, with large portions and high prices. They serve tasty dishes, based on meat, which is nice and tender. The restaurant’s downsides are its unduly high prices and the space’s narrowness, with tightly placed tables. You should probably get a couch-table, if it’s possible. In any case, the overall dining experience will leave you content! Good Choice (G)

Deeney’s

We were fortunate enough to stumble upon Scottish Deeney’s, while wandering around the city, looking for something to fill our empty stomachs. They offer a traditional, Scottish recipe with minced lamb’s fries, served inside two slices of toasted bread, with garnishes* of your choice. The only certain thing is that not everyone will love its unusual flavor. But, this toasted sandwich is a great choice for those with a refined palate! You can usually find these restaurants inside malls or in street food stands. Recommended (R)
