Bratislava is an up-and-coming city that constantly gains ground in the tourism sector. This is the reason why in the last few years, new hotels have been constructed and the old ones have been renovated. Accommodation in the city is not a difficult issue. This is assisted by the good quality-price ratio, as most hotels offer quality rooms in prices ranging from 60 to 80€ per night. Of course, distance from the center and amenities of the site play their role in the price. Our choice was based on price, season and amenities.

The LOFT Hotel Bratislava is one of the best choices for accommodation in Bratislava. The hotel is characterized as one of the best in the city, as quality and benefits are well above its price (VFM). It is located within a short distance from the old town center and provides direct access to its most important attractions and stores. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet, while it hosts banks, supermarkets, pubs etc. It is of great significance that access to and from the airport is easy and fast, via bus.

The LOFT Hotel Bratislava is a modern, comfortable and functional hotel. Its interior design in combination with the furniture and lighting compose a wonderful and friendly landscape. The 4-star hotel has excellent WiFi connection in all areas, parking with extra charge, as well as direct transport to and from the airport. It has three conference rooms, a library and mobile spa/massage service (room service). Do not miss out on visiting the cozy Fabrika Beer Pub and taste some of the amazing local beers, as well as the pretty Wine bar with the large veranda (for the summer months).

The rooms follow the beautiful and warm environment of the other common areas, with wood contributing a great deal. They are spacious, bright and very clean, while the bed offers many moments of rest. Among the many amenities the ones that stand out are the sitting area, the large work desk, safe box, free beauty products, the coffee maker and the flat TV with satellite channels. Another great advantage is the daily, free replenishment of the mini bar! Finally, it is worth mentioning that soundproofing is very good, providing privacy and quiet, while the bathroom is also spacious and clean.

The average price per night (without breakfast) ranges from 80 to 110€. The price reflects in the best of ways the accommodation “package” offered by the LOFT Hotel Bratislava. Do include breakfast in the price, as it is of high quality and has a rather wide variety of flavors.

Lindner Hotel is located within a short distance from the central train station (three stops with the electric bus line 201). The hotel is housed in the largest commercial block of the city, the Central shopping mall. It is just 15 minutes away from the historic center of Bratislava and has excellent public transport access, as many tram and bus lines pass in front of it. Inside it is modern, clean and has minimal design that manages to captivate its visitors on first contact. The staff is at the reception desk 24/7 and they are ready to attend to anything you might need, speaking fluent English.

The hotel provides direct access to the mall (from the 2nd floor), while it has a conference room, restaurant, lounge patio and a wonderful bar on the 13th floor, with a view of the most important attractions in the city. It is also worth noting that the WiFi has a strong signal in all areas as well as the rooms and it is free. On the ground floor you will find an internet space, in case you have not brought a laptop. Finally, in the Central shopping mall you will find an indoor pool, a gym and wellness center with sauna and massage, offered on extra charge.

The rooms are spacious, modern and offer a beautiful view of the Bratislava Castle. The beds have soft mattresses and the space offers amenities such as a safe, bathroom and beauty products, a closet with hangers, room for your suitcase, satellite TV, a sewing kit, work desk, mini bar, water boiler, espresso machine, rest corner and autonomous heating/cooling. The bathroom is terrific, as both its structure and cleanliness are exceptional. The rooms are also clean as a whole, while the sheets and towels are changed whenever you choose so (even daily).

For three nights we paid the sum of 218€, without breakfast. The price reflects the quality of Lindner, but does not include breakfast. On a future visit, it will be high on our list.

The APLEND CITY Hotel Michalska is located in the heart of the old town, close to the intersection of the oldest and most historic cobbled streets of the city, Baštová & Michalska. The famous Gate of St. Michael is right in front of the hotel, while the strategic location provides access to most attractions and stores of Bratislava on foot. On the busy Michalská street you will find a plethora of cafés and restaurants to enjoy your breakfast, meal and drink. Finally, access to and from the airport is easy (Kapucínska tram stop).

The 3-star APLEND CITY Hotel Michalska is housed in a baroque building of the 15th century with the recent renovation combining the contemporary atmosphere with the historical tradition. Service is pretty good, while the interior spaces are small and elegant. The hotel includes an outdoor bicycle storage space and offers limo service from/to the airports of Bratislava and Vienna. The hotel’s biggest advantage is the location, benefits, breakfast and quality in relation to the extremely good prices (VFM).

The rooms of APLEND CITY Hotel Michalska are comfortable and clean. The carpet and warm colors create a snug atmosphere, which is ideally completed with the comfortable beds. The bathroom is also spacious and clean, with towels being changed on demand. Some of the amenities that you will find in the room are the free WiFi, large safe box, fridge, blow-dryer and satellite TV. We also have to mention the building’s great soundproofing, which allows you to rest well.

The average price per night (including breakfast) ranges from 60 to 85€. The price is perfectly congruous to the quality, location and benefits offered by the APLEND CITY Hotel Michalska.
