A neighborhood bar in Montmartre that stays open until 02:00 (although the kitchen closes at 23:30). Like any other bar in Paris, it offers, aside from drinks, a few nice dishes, covering also their hungry customers! Low lighting, friendly atmosphere, good prices, cheese and meat platters, bulk wine and the amazing French beer “La Bete” are guaranteed to make you fall in love with this true gem of a bar! If you’re staying in the area, it will surely become your hangout place, as it became ours, as we couldn’t go to sleep without having some of our favorite beer. Highly Recommended (H)

You can enjoy some drinks, a bottle of wine or a meal on this hotel’s terrace restaurant, while being a tenant is not a requirement. It is located in Montmartre and is one of the best options for you to enjoy a cocktail while appreciating a panoramic view of the city. It would be perfect if the service wasn’t so slow! Also, the fact that it is open only until 22:45 is a real buzzkill. Recommended (R)

This is Paris’ most famous, qualitative and pricey chocolaterie, Angelina! At the entrance, 1-2 ladies will escort you to your table, when it is ready. The waiting time is 5-40 minutes (depending on the time of your visit), as all tables are usually taken. But the wait is totally worth, in order to taste Angelina’s fresh and delicious products. The hot chocolate that we tried, was the best that we have ever had so far! Recommended (R)

This is a tourist café, opposite the Bastille square, with lots of people and cars passing it by constantly. 17:00-20:00 is Happy Hour, but make sure you get informed on what is included before you get a table! Avoid ordering Café Gourmand in this shop; they are a bit clueless about how it should be. Good Choice (G)
